The Emby team has truly outdone themselves this time as they bring native Live TV support with the latest Emby Beta Server release. You’ll no longer need to set up ServerWMC, Media Portal or NextPVR as long as you have a HDHomeRun TV Tuner. This is what MANY folks have waited to see with HDHomeRun DVR but it has yet to break free of Kodi.
Just install the latest Emby Beta Server and click on the Live TV option and you’ll see you can add a tuner either automatically or by entering the IP of the device, then just sign into your Schedules Direct account for EPG and you’re good to go.
